Commercial Security · Provo and Orem

Door access and cameras for Provo and Orem properties.

AccessGuard Solutions installs and maintains door access, business security cameras and network cabling for offices, retail, and rental and managed properties across Utah Valley. One person handles your job from start to finish.

Fewer keys to chase down

In a college area, tenants and staff can change often. If you manage apartments, offices or retail space around BYU or UVU, tracking down keys and rekeying doors gets old quickly.

With electronic access, you can add or remove someone without touching the lock. We walk your property, look at your entrances and shared spaces and give you a plan and a real number.

What affects the cost

Every building is different, so we quote after we've seen yours. These are the things that move the number most.

Number of doors and cameras

This is the biggest factor. A single front door is a very different job from a full building.

Your building

Finished ceilings, long cable runs and brick or concrete walls all take more labor than an open warehouse.

What's already there

Existing wiring, door hardware or network gear can often be reused, which can lower the cost.

How you want to manage it

Mobile credentials, multi-site access and remote camera viewing are all options, and we'll tell you which ones you actually need.

Provo and Orem security questions

Do you serve both Provo and Orem?

Yes. We install, repair and maintain commercial door access and camera systems in both cities and nearby areas.

Do you work with property managers?

Yes. Managed and multi-tenant properties are a big part of who we serve. We can set up access for entrances and shared spaces and show you how to manage it.

What happens when someone loses a fob?

You can turn off that fob and issue a new one, with no need to rekey the door.

Do you install burglar or fire alarms?

No. We focus on door access, cameras and low voltage cabling. If you need alarm work, we're happy to point you to someone who does it.

How much does a system cost?

It depends on your number of doors or cameras, your building and what can be reused. We'll walk your property and give you a real number.
