AccessGuard Solutions is a Utah-based commercial security company providing door access control, camera installation, system repairs, and security consultations to businesses and property managers in northern Utah and southern Idaho.

Any pricing shown on accessgs.com or shared by phone is an estimate. Final pricing depends on a site assessment, equipment selected, scope of work, and site conditions. A signed quote, proposal, or work order from AccessGuard Solutions controls the actual scope, price, schedule, and terms of any project.
We currently serve commercial customers along the Wasatch Front from Logan to Orem, Utah, and select areas of southern Idaho. Service availability outside this area is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Payment terms for a specific project are set out in the written quote or invoice. Past-due balances may accrue interest and reasonable collection costs as allowed by Utah law.
Equipment we install is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty for the products supplied (for example, ProDataKey, Hanwha, and other vendors). Workmanship warranties, if any, are described in the written quote or work order for your project. Other than what is stated in your project paperwork or required by law, AccessGuard Solutions makes no warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Security and access control systems reduce risk, but they cannot eliminate it. AccessGuard Solutions is not an alarm monitoring company and does not guarantee that any system will prevent intrusion, theft, vandalism, injury, or other loss. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of this website or our services is limited to the amount you paid AccessGuard Solutions for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
The AccessGuard Solutions name, logo, photos, and original site content are owned by AccessGuard Solutions or used with permission. You may not reproduce or distribute them without our written consent.
Brand names, product names, and trademarks referenced on this site (including ProDataKey and Hanwha) are the property of their respective owners. References to these products indicate compatibility or installation services and do not imply endorsement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cache County or Salt Lake County, Utah.
